Exploration
Exploration is the skill of exploring the islands and basically just seeing what you can find.
There are a few different ways to train Exploration. The first is simply to visit places you have never been before. You can keep an eye on how you are doing on your User Info page, which will show you how many locations you have visited and how many are left to go.
The other way to train it is to search for things in Exploration locations. On the first island the Exploration location is The Rocky Highlands, where you can find any number of things. Exploring these locations you can find either random items like tools, weapons, etc... Or if you are lucky you may find something rare like an Essence or even a hidden location!

Hidden Locations
Occasionally you will come across a hidden location while you are exploring. These hidden locations may have places where you can work that are less crowded, or they may have quests or other interesting things to do.
Below is a list of the current hidden locations and what island they are on.

Exploration Items
Whilst there are no requirements for training Exploration, there are some items/tools which will help you. Below is a list of them and their effect.

Relics
On rare occasions when exploring, you may come relics which can be exchanged at a cathedral/church for a reward.
